As a QC analyst, my main responsibility is to review and evaluate health insurance related software products and systems to ensure adherence to company and customer quality standards. I assist with project planning activities associated with engineering projects, create test cases and plans, documenting and analyzed test results, and make recommendations to improve the overall quality. While in this role, I have also designed mind maps (xMind) to describe functionalities thoroughly, helping both the development and the client teams keep track of the expected application behavior and any changes. The position I held as a Technical Writer at Infragistics implied documenting ReportPlus, a multi-platform Business Intelligence tool, writing marketing and technical blogs for it, and training new employees in the use of the application. As a Technical Writer, I also tested the applications and reported bugs when necessary.

As an analyst and trainer, my job was to provide 24/7 internal and external customer care support, including diagnostics and advanced support troubleshooting. In addition, I created the procedural guide for existing and new hires in both the Portal and the Customer Care Operations teams. I also took care of the quarterly advanced reporting for the Customer Care & Business Operations VPs including response rates, satisfaction ratings and team details.
